Meal Prep Sunday: A Week of Wins Starts in the Kitchen

Sundays have become a game-changer in my health journey—and it’s not because I have hours to cook like I’m on a Food Network show. It’s because I’ve learned that just a little planning sets me up to win all week long.

This week’s meal prep lineup is a delicious mix of comfort and convenience:

Breakfasts:

Homemade Chick-fil-A style breakfast bowls (yes, they’re as good as they sound)

Protein French toast made with blended cottage cheese, honey, and cinnamon

Lunches:

Korean-inspired tuna bowls with rice, kimchi, cucumbers, and a mayo dressing

Turkey wraps with a side of broccoli, carrots, and juicy tomatoes

It’s not fancy. It’s not perfect. But it is ready to grab when I’m in a rush, tired, or tempted to reach for something that doesn’t align with my goals.

Meal prep isn’t about rigid rules—it’s about making your week easier, reducing decision fatigue, and giving yourself one less thing to stress about. And for me, that’s what helps keep the momentum going.

When I open my fridge and see meals already portioned and packed, it’s like my past self giving my future self a high five.

Want to give meal prep a try?

Start small. Pick one meal a day to prep, or even just two days’ worth of food. Progress, not perfect.
